You Know Who You Are. So Why Don't You Feel Like Her?

You finally found Human Design. You thought it would fix everything. So why do you still feel so off?
You dove in. You learned your type, your strategy, your authority. You started making decisions differently. You told your friends about it. You felt — for a moment — like you'd finally cracked the code on you.
And then…your body didn't get the memo.
You're still waking up at 3am with your mind racing. Still snapping at your kids over nothing and then crying in the bathroom about it. Still feeling exhausted in a way that sleep doesn't fix. Still watching your cycle do things it's never done before and wondering if this is just…life now.
You did the inner work. You're living your design. So why does it still feel like something is fundamentally wrong?
Here's what nobody talks about when they hand you your Human Design chart.
Your chart tells you who you are. But it doesn't account for the hormonal season your body is living in right now.
And if you're in your 30's or 40's or 50's, there's a good chance your hormones are shifting in ways that feel completely out of your control — mood swings, brain fog, irregular cycles, a general sense that you've somehow become a stranger in your own body. This isn't weakness. This isn't you doing Human Design wrong. This is biology meeting your blueprint, and nobody prepared you for that intersection.
The frustration of "I know who I am, so why don't I feel like myself?" is one of the most quietly painful places to be. Because from the outside, you look like someone who has it together. You're doing the work. You're self-aware. And yet.
You're exhausted. And honestly? A little angry that self-knowledge alone hasn't been enough.
What if the missing piece isn't more mindset work — it's understanding the timing your body is in?
Human Design isn't just a static map of who you are. It's also a living system with cycles — specific life phases that shift how your energy moves, what your body needs, and how you're meant to show up. These cycles don't exist separately from your hormones. They're deeply, intimately connected.
When you understand both — your design AND the hormonal season you're in — things start to make sense in a way they never quite did before. The anxiety that spiked at 38 wasn't random. The way your energy crashes in the second half of your cycle isn't a flaw. The feeling that something is changing in you isn't something to fix. It's something to understand.
Think of it this way.
Imagine you've been handed a beautiful garden plan — every plant perfectly chosen for your soil type, your climate, your unique plot of land. That's your Human Design chart.
But if you try to plant summer seeds in the middle of winter, they won't grow. Now it's not because the plan is wrong. Or because you're doing it wrong. But because you're not accounting for the season.
Your hormones are the season. And right now, many of us are in a transitional one — where the old ways of pushing through don't work anymore, where rest isn't laziness but necessity, where your body is asking for something different than what got you here.
Once you understand your season, you stop fighting your body. You start working with it.
So here's what I want you to consider.
If you've been doing the Human Design work and still feeling off — it's not because you're broken or missing something spiritually. It's because your body is in a phase that deserves just as much attention as your chart does.
Your hormones affect your energy levels, your emotional landscape, your ability to trust your authority, your capacity for connection and creativity. You cannot fully live your design if your body is running on empty, flooded with cortisol, or navigating a hormonal shift without any support or context.
You deserve to understand both halves of this equation.
That's exactly why I created the Hormones in Harmony Masterclass with Human Design Life Cycles.
This is where your chart meets your body — finally, in the same room.
Inside, we explore how your Human Design life cycles map onto your hormonal experience, what your body is actually asking for in this season, and how to stop white-knuckling your way through each month and start flowing with the rhythm that was always meant to be yours.
This isn't about adding more to your plate. It's about finally understanding why the plate has felt so heavy — and what to do about it.
If you've been waiting for the piece that makes everything click, this is it.
